Town and Country care is a local business which provides care to clients, this allows clients to receive care in the comfort of their own home to offer our clients the opportunity to enhance their quality of life, we believe in keeping our clients as independent as possible while ensuring the safety and well being of our clients. We believe everyone, no matter what their age, colour or beliefs, deserve to have their needs met with understanding and compassion.

We also provide care and support for adults with dementia and physical difficulties. Our staff are dedicated, passionate and fully trained to provide excellent quality care to our clients and are sensitive and fully supportive of all needs so our clients can focus on enjoying life because we believe everybody deserves a high standard of care to ensure that we offer a robust service

With our one-to-one personal attention, from 30 minutes a week and up to several visits a day, our care plans are completely built around our clients and try to maximise their quality of life. ​​

About What We Do
​
Town and Country Care provide domiciliary care to our clients homes, this is often referred to as home care. Home care is care that allows a person with special needs to stay in their home. It might be for people who are getting older (aging in place). It could also be for people who are chronically ill, recovering from surgery, or disabled. The goal of short-term home health care is to provide treatment for an illness or injury. It helps you get better, regain your independence, and become as self-sufficient as possible.

We understand that there are times when we all need a little extra support; whether it’s help around the house, personal care, medication or mobility support, our carers are committed to providing support that brings you peace of mind.
Home care offers the extra support, reassurance, and companionship that may be needed for you to continue living independently at home, but home care is not only confined to the home. Our carers will support you to get out and about to enjoy your hobbies and interests as you always have.
